For a long time, I have held a grudge towards the company HP. In 2005, I bought a HP Pavilion dv6400 laptop. After using it for about 2 months, the laptop started to not respond. The solution to this was to apply pressure to the touch of the computer. This model has manufacturing defect (bad soldering in the circuitry) that cause this. I consulted HP when the computer was in its warranty period yet they kept giving me replies saying that they couldn't help me. In the end, the laptop passed its warranty period and then there was nothing more I could do about the issue. :(
